With one of its engineers specialized in engineering physics of materials, the company offers a highly professional control of their services oxygen and chlorine, peroxide, carbon and other. We also treat the 300 series stainless steels, stainless Series 400 and Series CA6NM.
Our services
Our surface treatment techniques and processes guarantee a rust-free and contamination-proof finish whilst strictly complying with sanitary and environmental regulations.
Grease Removal and Cleaning
Steel parts contaminated with grease and oil during manufacture must be cleaned thoroughly before beginning surface treatment. Non-organic contaminants can prevent the passive layer from adequately taking form. This is the first step before proceeding to the stripping and passivation of stainless metals.
Stripping and Rust-Removal
Our stripping procedure begins with the removal of welding generated compounds or rust residue, or marks caused by the metal being over-heated during the manufacturing process. We have a further process to lift embedded rust.
Passivation
Our passivation process ensures the quality and thickness of passive protection to all treated metal. This oxidizing treatment ensures optimal resistance to corrosion and contamination. Passivation evens and smoothes out chrome finish. We treat the 300 and 400 series of stainless steels and CA6NM grade.
Electro-polishing
Our electro-polishing technique guarantees brilliant shine without any abrasion of the surface layer of treated metal parts. Our machines are able to treat small parts up to 1m3. Perfect for staineless steel and nickel.
Hydraulic Flushing
Treatment for valves using oxygen or peroxide to ASTM standards. Flush hydraulics. It is vital to clean the piping system of hydraulic installation prior to commissioning. It is essential to maintain the cleanliness during the life span of the installation.
